The lyrics are very dreamy and pictorial. The idea is to make a song about how one can use different things to escape. A form of escapism. This is about using love as a way to escape reality. When you’re in love you tend to live in a bubble - where you don’t care what it really is, all you know is that it feels good. This song is made for people to daydream. It should feel like you’re running from something in a good way. A pleasant escape.
