I am a sucker for piano melodies and this song has quite a captivating piano melody that is perfectly intertwined with light drums that perfectly back his smooth vocal delivery. Talking about the pain of a heartbreak, It's All Over Now's laid back production and chilled out atmosphere perfectly contrast with the harsh reality of the ending of a relationship. Speaking about the EP Ratnang said,
The Brooklyn Sessions EP came about while I was travelling in the U.S. and met some lovely musicians. I already had some songs written, we figured out the arrangement recorded the tracks playing Live at the Creamery Studio in Brooklyn, NY. As a singer songwriter, keeping a similar mood for the record was of utmost importance.
