SYML Shares Sasha Remix of New Single ‘The Bird’
Let's carry on dancing! Seattle based artist and producer SYML, the moniker of Brian Fennell, has just shared the Sasha Remix for his critically acclaimed single The Bird.

I am a big fan of the original's magical atmosphere which gave me vibes of Sigur Rós and Hozier with its video enhancing the dreamy touch of the song. Now Grammy Award nominee, four times International Dance Music Award winner and four times DJ Mag Award winner Sasha takes The Bird to an altogether different sonic plain.

I am loving the hypnotic beat of this remix which instantly gets me on a dancing mood! The remix allowed the vocals to stand out and sound quite haunting against the upbeat electronics. The guitar is quite memorable here and there's still that magical atmosphere the original had. Check it out below!

When SYML approached me to remix 'The Bird', I couldn't wait to get in the studio. The original has beautiful ethereal melodies, and incredible vocals, so there were amazing parts to work with. I just had to get the beats right and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
