Banfi Unveil ‘The Furniture Song’ Music Video
British Indie three-piece Banfi have just unveiled the cool visuals for their new song The Furniture Song, the first single from their forthcoming Travel Bands EP, out on March 29th!

I am really enjoying the playful atmosphere of the song and how it flows effortlessly. Definitely a cool piece of indie-pop music with groovy guitars and super smooth vocals. The music video was directed by Niall Trask (Pumarosa, Fat White Family) and sees frontman Joe and bassist Chris performing the track in different settings in their East London neighbourhood, while the screen splits between them and various members of the public. Really a cool, feel-good video that will get you hooked to the song in no time. Watch it below!

Speaking about the video, drummer Aaron explains:
In terms of the concept, it was Nialls idea to do the split screen thing and when we saw the first edits we loved how weird and distorted it made these normal portraits of people in east London look. We felt the style matched the playfulness and quirkiness of the song and lyrics in particular, so we included them too. We also wanted to film something where we live and that would connect our music to a place. We walk these streets nearly everyday so it was nice to be in familiar surroundings.
