Mike Posner Announces New Album ‘A Real Good Kid’ & Releases New Single ‘Stuck In The Middle’

Grammy-nominated, worldwide multi-platinum selling singer-songwriter and producer Mike Posner has just announced that his long-awaited third studio album, titled A Real Good Kid, will arrive on January 18th via Island Records.

To accompany the announcement he shared Stuck In The Middle, the new single to be taken from this album. This is quite a mellow, feel-good track and I love the gentle acoustic guitar chords in the beginning that just set the right mood for such a cool song. The creation and completion of A Real Good Kid encompassed an extraordinary two year-plus period for Mike as he moved back into the house outside Detroit where he grew up, in order to stay with his terminally ill father during his final months. The album, which tells his story, deals heavily with love, loss and eventually acceptance.
