Oxymorrons
Time for some alt-pop guys! Queens-bred band, Oxymorrons, have unveiled their brand new single, Asleep, produced by Felix Snow. This is a genre-bending, high-energy anthem which blends Hip-Hop rhymes with a feel-good chorus over a rock/electronic production. Loving the handclap-beat! When asked about the inspiration behind the song, vocalist Demi shared,
We went in wondering what it would sound like if Nirvana made a party track inspired by Hip-Hop. Hit the studio with Snow and a few hours later we gave birth to ‘Asleep.’


Oxymorrons have been on their DIY hustle nonstop, making serious moves and gaining undeniable momentum. Their boldness to defy genres and their message of liberation from constraints and embracing your individuality has earned them a legion of supporters. This led the band to working with cutting edge artists and top producers, touring the country, grabbing slots at major music festivals and finding synergy in highly coveted brand partnerships. Currently on tour with alternative hip-hop artist Astronautalis, Oxymorrons are preparing to release their debut EP, Complex But Basic, via indie label Tommy Boy Entertainment on October 14th.
