E mais uma vez regressa Lindsay Lohan aos tribunais, desta vez sendo acusada de roubar um colar no valor de 2500 dólares. Ela declarou-se inocente, no entanto, o juíz decidiu que ela se afastásse da loja em questão e também fez com que Lindsay pagásse 20 mil dólares em fiança e mais outros 20 mil dólares devido ao caso de 2007 por conduzir embriagada. E o juíz deu-lhe um grande conselho: não abusar da sua sorte e que da próxima vez não haverá fiança! Ah mulher porta-te bem!!

And once again Lindsay Lohan returns to court, this time being charged of grand theft of a 2,500 dollar necklace. She pleaded not guilty however the judge set bail for 20 thousand dollars and added other 20 thousand as a result of revoking Lohan’s existing probation on a 2007 DUI case. He told her not to get close to the store and also told her not to push her luck, because next time there won't be changes of bail! Come on Lindsay just behave!!
