Luke Fraser Shares New Single ‘The Curse’

British singer-songwriter Luke Fraser has just shared his brand new single The Curse, a dramatic, heartfelt piece of music. 

 

Taken from his upcomming So Below EP, The Curse finds the artist continuing to showcase his idiosyncratic interpretation of indie folk, drawing on flavours of bossa nova, French chanson and 70s rock music. What I like the most about this song is how rich and passionate his vocal delivery is, exploring the links between creativity, pain and beauty. Backing his crooning vocals we have a memorable blend of classic and contemporary elements, pairing steady drum patterns with lush strings, warm acoustic guitars and emotive piano keys.
