Stella Witz Shares New Single ‘Cedar Street’

American singer and songwriter Stella Witz has just shared her brand new single Cedar Street, a warm and gentle indie-folk song out now via Twila & Trixie. 

 

The follow up to last month's delicate Copenhagen, Cedar Street is taken from her self-written EP a year ago, tomorrow (which is out now) and finds the talented artist sharing a story about how grief doesn't know time, especially in mundane, everyday ways. A song that gives us a portrait of the world seen through the loss of someone loved and how grief lingers in ordinary places, and how love keeps shaing the way we move through them. 

 

A heartfelt story that is beautifully conveyed through Witz's delicate, emotional vocals which glide effortlessly over acoustic guitar and pedal steel plucks that come together to create an overall warm, intimate atmosphere packed with raw vulnerability and emotion.
