Abra Taylor Shares New Single ‘Choke’

Canadian singer and songwriter Abra Taylor has just shared her brand new single Choke, a dark, slow-burning alternative R&B track about yearning for a lover who never quite chooses you.

Out now via Atelier Toronto, Choke finds the talented artist sensually exploring the quiet humiliation of offering yourself to someone who only knows how to take. It captures the tension between vulnerability and resentment, giving someone your trust and not getting anything in return. A relatable story that is flawlessly conveyed through Taylor's smooth, soulful vocals which glide effortlessly over gentle rhythms, delicate plucks, killer bass and textures that come together to create an overall warm, intimate atmosphere perfect for a laid-back weekend.
