Lauren Minear Shares New Single ‘Autumn Leaves’

New York–based alternative singer-songwriter Lauren Minear shares her brand new single Autumn Leaves, a nostalgic and hopeful new single that wrestles with the choices that shape a life and the paths we leave unexplored.

Written from the perspective of a mother wondering whether she sacrificed her chance at a music career to raise a family, Autumn Leaves finds the talented artist transforming that uncertainty into something warmer and more accepting, finding meaning not in the life that might have been, but in the one unfolding directly in front of her. A song about holding contradictory truths at once, where longing, gratitude, uncertainty, and contentement coexist. A relatable storytelling that is beautifully conveyed through Minear's smooth, expressive vocals and ethereal harmonies which are nicely accompanied by intricate guitar plucks, delicate keys, steady drum patterns and rhythms that come together to create an overall warm, intimate listening experience.
