CECILIE Shares New Single ‘Paperthin Devotion (Live Studio Session)’

Danish singer and songwriter CECILIE has just shared a gorgeous acoustic live studio session of her folk gem Paperthin Devotion.

Filmed and recorded in the established Bairro Up Estúdio in Lisbon, where CECILIE is making her debut album together with the renowned Portuguese producer João Sampayo, Paperthin Devotion is a song about how romantic commitment nowadays can seem as thin as air. A song for hopeless romantic and sensitive people who eager for love but can't seem to escape the rejections playing as a melancholic soundtrack in the back of their minds. A very relatable song that is beautifully conveyed through CECILIE's gorgeous, heartfelt vocals which are accompanied by a memorable acoustic guitar-driven melody, together creating an overall warm, emotionally-charged listening experience.
