The Quiet North Unveils New Single ‘Summer Slipped’ feat. VÂN SCOTT

The Quiet North - the solo project of Norwegian producer and songwriter Fredrik Kristiansen - has just unveiled his brand new single Summer Slipped, a smooth soft-rock gem.

For this song, The Quiet North teamed up with singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist VÂN SCOTT, whose lovely, expressive vocals beautifully convey the message of their storytelling. Summer Slipped is a song about how quietly time moves, you think you’re in the middle of something, and suddenly you’re looking back at it. It's a nostalgic song about realising that some of the most beautiful parts of life become memories before we even notice. A story that is wrapped around a warm production that pairs lush guitar plucks, steady drum beats, delicate piano keys, airy synths and rhythms that give it that late-summer vibe.
