PEPTALK Share New Single ‘Bad People’

Australian band PEPTALK, consisting of Jay-Lee Kwan (keys), Lara Frew (bass), and Phoebe Sinclair (lead vocals), have just shared their brand new single Bad People, an upbeat indie-pop/rock song about the moments following a messy situation. 

 

Bad People explores the aftermath of a messy situation, and rather than placing blame, holds onto the hopeful mantra that this is the result of a bad moment rather than bad people. Ultimately, it's about reclaiming that distinction and learning to stop punishing themselves for something they cannot undo. This honest, relatable message is beautifully conveyed through Phoebe Sinclair's gorgeous vocals and harmonies which are accompanied by bright, shimmering synth lines, punchy drum beats, lush guitar lines and rhythms that culminate into a highly infectious, anthemic chorus.
