Open Road Folk Music Unveils New Single ‘Wonder at the Night’

Open Road Folk Music, the project of singer and songwriter Tim Janis, has just unveiled his brand new single Wonder at the Night, an enchanting indie/acoustic-folk song. 
 
What I like the most about this song is its warmth and how heartfelt his vocal delivery is, beautifully setting the tone for a soothing and laid-back listening experience. Wonder at the Night is a warm and dreamy song about the magic of just being present with someone you love under a sky full of stars, experiencing a wonderful sense of freedom and companionship. The song has an introspective touch that I really like and his echoing harmonies effortlessly infuse the song with a dreamy and ethereal vibe. Accompanying his gorgeous vocals we have intricate acoustic guitar riffs which are nicely intertwined with delicate piano keys, together creating an overall intimate and comforting listening experience.

 

This song is a beautifully open and awe-filled celebration of being on the road together, watching the stars and the ocean blur past whilst simply marvelling at the vastness of it all. There's a gorgeous sense of freedom and companionship running through it, two people moving through the night like shooting stars, not entirely sure where they're going but finding wonder in every mile.
