Jon Often Shares New Single ‘Pieces’

Jon Often, the solo project of Chicago based musician Jon Alvarado, has just shared his brand new single Pieces, a laid-back bedroom/lo-fi pop gem. 

 

Taken from his Frankie EP, out now via cellarhaunt, Pieces is a delicate piece of music that finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing his smooth, yet heartfelt vocals and storytelling abilities over a warm and intimate production. I am really enjoying the intimate atmosphere of this song and how his vocals are accompanied by steady drum patterns, intricate guitar plucks and smooth rhythms that come together to create an overall warm, laid-back listening experience.
