Bjorn Unveils New Single ‘Getting Through’

Bjorn, the solo project of Swedish producer, songwriter and label owner Björn Öqvist, has just unveiled his brand new single Getting Through, a captivating indie-pop/folktronica song. 

 

Out now via T/A Pacifique Records, Getting Through is a supportive song for young people struggling with mental health, in a world that often seems to have gone completely insane. It finds him reflecting on moving from anxiety and self-doubt to resilience, realising that pain may remain but no longer has the power to control or define him. It encourages listeners to embrance new beginnings, and move forward with courage and hope. A comforting and hopeful storytelling that is beautifully conveyed through Bjorn's rich, expressive vocals which are accompanied by intricate drum beats, subtle keys, lush strings and synths, lush guitar plucks, killer rhythms and electornic textures that come together to create an overall warm and intimate listening experience.
