New Wolves Unveil New Single ‘We Are Crowds’

Welsh indie-electronic band New Wolves have just unveiled their brand new single We Are Crowds, an immersive, relaxed and floating indie song. 

 

Out now via Kove, We Are Crowds finds the band venturing into the expansive, shadowy territory of the collective consciousness. I am really enjoying the airy, dreamy atmosphere of the song which is very soothing and comforting, perfect for a laid-back weekend. Steven's haunting vocal delivery floats in an ethereal way over the polished production, beautifully mirroring the song's theme: the struggle to maintain a singular, vibrant "I want to live" when one is swallowed by the gravitational pull of the collective. A deep, meaningful song that is wrapped around a sparse finger-picked acoustic guitar riffs that builds into a cinematic low-end, with reverb, rich electronic textures and rhythms that come together to create an overall dreamy and introspective laid-back atmosphere.
