This track came out of my having to undergo two major spinal surgeries within 15 months and how tough that experience was, while also realising the depth of love and support from my family. The song literally wrote itself, and I woke up with the tune and words going round my head: ‘Like a river flowing free, like the ocean wide and deep.’
