Silver Otto, the alias of NYC-based artist TJ Sonnier, has just shared his brand new single Favorite, a smoothly slick pop cut that wonders if we are all living a lie and if we are, who cares? 

 

The follow up to his 80s-infused electro-pop banger I Really Need To Know, Favorite is a passionate pop song that finds the talented artist singing about the kind of love that exists mostly in your mind and the bittersweet comfort of keeping it exactly there. A song that is beautifully conveyed through his expressive, passionate vocals which are accompanied by a memorable pop production. I wanted to take the 90’s boy band melodic structure, and the Rihanna 10’s style production and find my access point. The song is about all consuming, cherubic, insane, and to me at least, destructive love.
