Princess Melia Drops New Single ‘Quit’

Canada's rising Indigenous alt-pop artist Princess Melia has just shared her bran new single Quit, a dark and moody alt pop cut. 

 

Taken from her debut album Good Nights & Bad Days, which is out now via North Gold Entertainment, Quit finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing her rich, expressive vocals over a dark and ominous alt-pop production. Princess Melia's debut album is rooted in her experience living with bipolar disorder, beautifully capturing the collision of emotional extremes where burnout, love, and isolation all coexist, and Quit is a beautiful example of the intensity of feelings from her body of work. I am really enjoying how rich and expressive Melia's vocals are, soaring beautifully atop dark, eerie beats nicely intertwined with catchy synths and rhythms, together creating an overall moody and sad atmosphere.
