MASKS Shares Debut Single ‘First Life’

MASKS, the project of multi-instrumentalist/producer sFox, makes his official music introduction with the release of his debut single First Life, an upbeat blend of Dance and Dream Pop elements. 

 

The title track of his debut EP - due to be self-released on July 10th - First Life is an intriguing, buoyant, and luminous gem about navigating life for the first time, learning that it's okay not to have everything figured out. A reflection about finding comfort in sharing this imperfect journey with someone, First Life features lush, expressive vocals that are packed with raw emotion, soaring effortlessly over a captivating blend of organic and electronic elements. Apart from those gorgeous vocals, I am particularly fond of the lush strings and how they are nicely intertwined with killer drum beats, catchy bass, lively piano keys and synth textures that come together to create a blissful and euphoric atmosphere perfect for a carefree weekend!
