Rakuna Unveils Debut Single ‘Criminal’

New York-based singer and songwriter Rakuna has just unveiled her official debut single Criminal, a raw, unfiltered Acoustic Folk gem with Blues undertones. 

 

Criminal is a reflective, intimate piece of music that finds the talented artist exploring how accepting and moving through scars of the past, and the painful emotions associated with this, was key to her fully realising her true worth and, thus, the ability to co-create equal and respectful relationships. I am really enjoying how raw this song is, with Rakuna's rich, affecting vocal delivery and pensive lyricism effortlessly capturing my attention from the start.
