Jordan Tariff Shares Introspective New Track ‘Existing’

American singer and songwriter Jordan Tariff shares his brand new single Existing, a delicate piano-based gem. 

 

The second single to be taken from his upcoming project Archives, following last month's Falling for the Stars, Existing finds the talented artist gifting us with an introspective gem about feeling lost and disconnected, always looking for the next thing to do, instead of embracing the journey. A song about struggling with anxiety, sleeplessness, and the sense that he's only existing rather than truly living (something I think on a daily basis). In the end, it finds him giving a hint of hope as he realises that life is meant to be lived in the moment and not a series of things to check off a list. 

 

A relatable, honest and heartfelt storytelling that is flawlessly conveyed through his smooth, rich vocals that radiate raw emotion and soul, gliding beautifully over delicate piano keys which are then nicely intertwined with lush guitar plucks, steady beat and bass, together creating an overall warm, comforting atmosphere.

Speaking about the song, Jordan Tariff said,

I wrote this song about how hard it can be for me to appreciate all that I have and all that life offers. I often find myself looking for the next thing to make me happy, constantly checking off a to do list and telling myself that once I'm done with all of this stuff, then I'll truly live, then I'll truly be happy. But life is meant to be lived. Life isn't a to do list, the journey is the destination!
