Jay Denton & Katrina Stone Share New Single ‘Collateral Damage’

Los Angeles-based songwriter/producer/artist Jay Denton teams up with fellow American writer/producer and artist Katrina Stone to deliver his new single Collateral Damage, a heartfelt Pop gem. 

 

Out now via Atrium Music, Collateral Damage is a song about the place where a relationship turns from something that gives life to both people to something that destroys both hearts. It shows that love alone isn't enough to keep as relationship, especially when there's constant conflict and emotional disconnect that makes it feel suffocating. A heartfelt and relatable storytelling that is conveyed through their rich, emotionally-charged vocals and harmonies which glide naturally over the captivating production. 

 

Accompanying their hauntingly beautiful vocals we have a steady pop production that starts quite delicately, with intricate piano keys and steady rhythms that are then joined with lush guitar plucks, cinematic strings and catchy beats that build to a crescendo, beautifully matching the raw emotion pouring from their passionate vocal delivery.

Collateral Damage will be featured on Netflix Temptation Island Season 2 on April 10th.
