American artist Halo Boy has just released his brand new single HEX, a grungy and moody piece of electro/hyper-pop music.
Out now on E.C.H.O, HEX is fully produced and performed by Halo Boy and finds the talented artist singing about how the symptoms of a hex, alien abduction and falling in love feel very similar. The hex becomes a metaphor for being trapped in a toxic attraction that hurts yet still feels irresistible. A total surrender to a destructive connection, HEX pairs Halo Boy's smooth, confident and somewhat sensual vocals with grunge, synthpop and industrial elements that come together to create an overall dark and sexy atmosphere!
Apart from making his own music, Halo Boy is also co-writing and producing on Melanie Martinez's album dropping 3/27.
