Brixton band, The Here And Now are back and they hit hard with new song "Riptide". It is a fierce, riff-driven single that wastes no time pulling you under. Crunching guitars and punchy drums set the pace while Cherry Terzza’s commanding vocal performance swings between raw vulnerability and full-throttle power. He sums up the song’s theme of being dragged toward something you know you should resist.

Also, there is a gritty edge that nods to Paramore, Queens Of The Stone Age and Royal Blood, but the band’s energy feels like their own. They are tight, melodic and built for sweaty live rooms. Immediate, hooky and unapologetically loud, "Riptide" lands like a jolt and lingers long after the final note.
