North Carolina-based, 16-year-old singer and songwriter Margot Perkinson has just unveiled her brand new single Ain't It Sweet, a captivating Country-Pop gem. 

 

Her 4th single to date, Ain't It Sweet finds the young artist sharing a story about emotional disconnection between two people, where one is giving their all to make things work out. It highlights the frustation of having tried so hard for a love that isn't there, finally realising that the relationship has no balance and is best to move on as that person isn't the one for you. A relatable storytelling beautifully conveyed through Perkinson's rich, expressive vocals which are accompanied by captivating guitar riffs nicely intertwined with steady drum beats, cool piano keys and rhythms that together create an overall warm, reflective atmosphere.
