Norwegian artist Markus Margido shares his brand new single Driving, a dark and intense indie-pop track about pushing a relationship past its limits. 

 

Out now on The Wonderdogs Records, Driving was written at the end of a breakup, reflecting the chaos and uncertainty of two people realising they've list all sense of direction. A relatable storytelling that is beautifully conveyed through his emotive, confessional vocals that glide effortlessly over the upbeat electro-pop production, effortlessly capturing the damage, honesty, and release that come with finally letting go. I am really enjoying how the song starts quite raw with acoustic guitar plucks accompanying his heartfelt vocal delivery before building up into a high-energy electro-pop production with pulsing beats, rich synth textures and rhythms that together create an overall brooding and emotional listening experience!
