Gayaneh Shares New Single ‘Endo’

British singer, songwriter and actor Gayaneh shares her brand new single Endo, a gorgeous alt/electro-pop cut about being drawn to things that hurt us.

Endo is short for Endometriosis, a chronic condition that puts many women in pain, including Gayaneh, and it's her way of showing that sometimes when the pain dies down, she missed it. This is a raw and vulnerable exploration of a toxic, emotionally painful relationship, showing that even when someone hurts you deeply, letting go doesn't always bring peace right away. A song flawlessly conveyed through Gayaneh's stunning, heartfelt vocals which glide seamlessly over the captivating electro-pop production that pairs a memorable beat nicely intertwined with rich electronic textures that come together to create an overall warm atmosphere perfect for an introspective day home alone!

Speaking about the song, Gayaneh said,
Endo is short for 'Endometriosis', a chronic condition that puts women in pain. I have it. And sometimes, when the pain dies down, I miss it. It's a confusing feeling: to be drawn to people and things that hurt us. I think it will resonate with people. The whole song is a double entendre; the lyrics echo a love song for someone you can't live with and can't live without. But in reality: it's a confession song to my uterus.
