Made You Look, the alt-pop duo consisting of Alex Thompson - Vocalist & Producer and Shelton Woolright - Drummer & Producer, unveil their brand new single Sweater, an upbeat pop song about the rush of emotions while processing the end of a relationship. 

 

What I like the most about this song is its playful atmosphere and how expressive and passionate Alex Thompson's vocals are, diving deep into the emotional aftermath of a breakup, capturing the tangled mix of love, resentment, and regret. This contrast between the playful, catchy melodies and the lyrical gritty themes is quite captivating and makes the song stand out even more for me. Apart from those gorgeous vocals, I am particularly fond of the drum patterns which are seamlessly intertwined with lush guitar plucks, delicate piano keys and cool rhythms that come together to create an overall upbeat atmosphere!
