Hillary Reynolds Unveils New Single ‘Gaslight’

American singer-songwriter Hillary Reynolds shares her brand new single Gaslight, a warm and intimate acoustic folk gem!

The latest single to be taken from her upcoming debut album, Changing Seasons, and following May's whimsical Can’t Turn Off My Mind, Gaslight finds the talented artist leaning into surreal tension and floating vulnerability, capturing the hollow ache of being gaslit with intimate clarity and ethereal vocal layering. You can feel the raw, honest emotion pouring from Hillary's enchanting vocals, that convey a story that came from a deep place of fear and emotional overwhelm. Accompanying her gorgeous vocals we have a delicate, percussive acoustic guitar that together create an emotionally-charged space between fragility and strength.

Speaking about the song, Hillary Reynolds said,

Some songs feel consciously crafted, but this one was different. It came from letting my subconscious unwind – letting my intuition drive the bus. The way the vocal lines weave in and out feels like a nod to my Eric Whitacre phase. It’s the closest I’ve come to revisiting that part of myself and it felt like home. “Gaslight” is the feeling of overwhelm meeting hollowness. It’s that unshakable, desperate pull to call love back even when you’re losing yourself in the dark.
