Meagher Drops New Single ‘Shake’

Baltimore-based songwriter and producer Meagher drops his brand new single Shake, a hauntingly melodic indie pop track that unpacks the twisted emotional aftermath of self-sabotage. 

 

Written, produced, and mixed by Christopher Meagher, Shake is his fifth release this month and finds him sharing a message fueled by heartbreak, longing, and the raw ache of romantic withdrawal, feelings that most of us can resonate to, especially following a breakup. I am really enjoying the delicate, expressive vocals and how they effortlessly enhance the song's emotion and vulnerability with Meagher's upbeat, indie-pop production with a cinematic touch. Apart from the vocals, I am particularly fond of the killer drum beats that are nicely intertwined with memorable guitar riffs, infectious rhythms and rich pop textures that come together to create an overall catchy and upbeat listening experience with a chorus perfect to sing along to!
