British/French London-based singer, songwriter and DJ Gracie Convert has just shared her brand new single In My Way, a captivating alternative-R&B cut with Neo-Soul elements. 

 

The follow up to her laid-back gem Ma, In My Way is a bold bilingual gem that finds the talented artist exploring the quiet ache of love that challenges your sense of self. Produced by Jack Seagal with personal production touches by Gracie herself, In My Way showcases Gracie's stunning vocals and signature English-French storytelling that weave emotion and vulnerability throughout the song. I am really enjoying the parts in French and how Gracie's vocals are accompanied by an early 2000s R&B touch with her emotive vocals layered over soft acoustic guitar plucks nicely intertwined with delicate piano keys, subtle strings and an infectious beat that come together to create an overall raw, honest listening experience packed with a lot of soul and emotion!
