British songstress NATI. shares her brand new single Midnight, a heartfelt song that finds the talented artist embracing the encroaching darkness. 

 

The third single to be taken from her upcoming EP Golden, Midnight is a haunting new single about her relationship with loss and death and how she delt with those experiences. A personal and relatable storytelling that is beautifully conveyed through her velvety, heartfelt vocals that radiate raw, honest emotion and soul which is enhanced by gentle piano notes and delicate acoustic guitar strums. It's about being in a shitty situation, knowing you'll get out of it and finally doing so and seeing the tomorrow after midnight. It's also about my relationship with death and loss and my experiences with it. To be totally black and white here, I lost a lot of people in 2019 in the span of 5/6 months. Part of it was specifically written from the perspective of someone dying, a fact I kept incredibly close to my chest whilst writing it. "When the light goes, I'll go... I won't feel any pain, there's no reason to fight.
