Trisha Shares New Single ‘MVP’

16-year-old Indian singer and songwriter Trisha shares her brand new single MVP, an upbeat indie-pop song about reinstating one's self-worth in toxic relationships.

Trisha's vocals here sound quite rich and expressive, radiating raw emotion and soul, instantly connecting us to her relatable storytelling. MVP is a song about regaining one's own self esteem after constantly being ignored and dismissed by the ones you thought were your friends. I can relate to this song and I think many of you will too and it encourages to focus on ourselves, to love ourselves first and not allow others to make us feel less than. Backing Trisha's rich vocals we have a captivating indie/alt-pop production with infectious rhythms and beats that create quite a dramatic soundscape perfect for her storytelling and vocals to soar. Check it out below!

Speaking about the song, Trisha said,
I wrote “MVP” about trying to regain my own self esteem when I found myself frequently ignored by my closest friend. Our relationship had deteriorated into one of apathy and I found myself constantly making excuses for her. Writing this song really helped me reinstate my sense of self-worth, establishing that I am the Most Valuable Player (MVP) in this equation. I will promote this song by sharing content that reiterates the importance of self-preservation in such situations.
