The Coo Share New Single ‘Honey I Do’

The Coo, the project of British singer-songwriter Matt and Dutch singer-songwriter Jara, share their brand new single Honey I Do, a captivating folk/americana duet! 

 

The fourth single to be taken from their upcoming debut album, Honey I Do is a song about love when it works out - an ode to hope, shining through doubt. It tells the story of someone who feels lost amongst all the romantic possibilities of the big city, falling in and out of connections that don’t quite meet - only to find that special person when they least expect it. This emotional and hopeful message is flawlessly delivered through their gorgeous vocals and harmonies which radiate raw emotion and soul, soaring beautifully over the infectious blend of folk and americana elements. I am really fond of the way the track builds from intimate/acoustic into a full-band duet-song that enhances the emotion pouring from their vocals.
