Gwyn Love Releases New Single ‘high in the bathroom’

Oklahoma-based artist Gwyn Love (they/them) share their brand new single high in the bathroom, the focus track of their new EP, a better me, out now via 604 Records. 

 

I am really enjoying Love's lovely, expressive vocals which tell a relatable story of being in a party but wishing to be anywhere else but there. As an introvert and socially awkward guy myself I tend to avoid social gatherings and when I am stuck at a party I do keep thinking I was somewhere else alone. high in the bathroom finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing their lovely vocals which soar effortlessly over La+ch's production which pairs a thumping beat with cool rhythms and expansive atmospherics that come together to create an overall, warm atmosphere perfect for a laid-back weekend.

Speaking about the song, Gwyn Love said,

“high in the bathroom” was written about being at a party when I would’ve rather been anywhere else at the time. La+ch’s production on this song is incredible per usual and I’m super stoked to share it with the world!
