Laura Pieri Shares New Single ‘Sea of Tragedy’

Brazilian Pop singer and songwriter Laura Pieri shares her brand new single Sea of Tragedy, the latest single to be taken from Pieri's new EP, Frankie, which is out now! 

 

The 4-track EP came to be when Pieri was at the point of almost giving up on her career. Inspired by what her farewell to the industry should sound like, the story of Frankie, a woman reclaiming her power, was born. In an EP that cycles through the great, bad, good, and ugly of self-discovery, Pieri emerges as an artist who has rediscovered her voice. One of my favourite cuts from this project is Sea of Tragedy, a retro-infused synth-pop track that finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing her passionate, expressive vocals over an infectious pop production perfect to dance to. I am really fond of the killer beat throughout the song and how it is nicely paired with bright, shimmering synths, groovy rhythms and punchy drums that come together to create an overall warm, feel-good atmosphere.
