Donald Beaman Shares New Single ‘Awhile’
American singer and songwriter Donald Beaman shares his brand new single Awhile, the latest single to be taken from his album, Fog On Mirror Glass, which is out now via Royal Oakie Records!
What I like the most about this song is its warmth and how it sounds perfect for a relaxing, introspective day home alone. Recorded & mixed by Kirt Lind and mastered by David Glasebrook (Sugar Candy Mountain, Sandy’s, Credit Electric), Awhile finds the talented artist beautifully showcasing his smooth, soothing vocals which radiate so much emotion and soul, effortlessly making the song stand out even more. I am very fond of the female backing vocals (by Jen Benoit) and how their harmonies fit nicely together, both gliding nonchalantly over the guitar-based melody. Awhile has a touch of melancholia that I really enjoy and it's intimate production makes it a great song to add to one's laid-back playlists.
