Jamison Unveils New Single ‘Life Is Strange, Are You Happy?’

American pop singer and songwriter Jamison shares her brand new single Life Is Strange, Are You Happy?, a delicate singer-songwriter song out now via Chapstick Records. 

 

Life Is Strange, Are You Happy? covers over a decade of Jamison's life in less than 4 minutes, finding her singing about discovering her sexuality, her first girlfriend, her most recent breakup and the aftermath of that and her road to faith and recovery. I am really enjoying the warmth of the song and how expressive her vocals are, beautifully conveying the emotion of her relatable storytelling which is enhanced by the intricate guitar-based melodies which are then paired with a soaring trumpet and stacked vocal harmonies that come together to create an overall warm and intimate atmosphere.
