I am a fan of Eden Rain's rich, expressive vocals which are packed with so much emotion and soul that instantly gives me the feels each time I listen to this song. Closer finds the talented artist singing about trying to help a loved one through grief, a relatable message wrapped around an infectious production that pairs intricate guitar riffs with a killer beat throughout the song and dreamy harmonies that together create an overall warm, emotional atmosphere. I am also really enjoying how the song builds up in energy and emotion with strings and catchy rhythms that allow for her stunning vocals and storytelling to soar.
