Luna Keller Shares New Single ‘If I Was No More’

Germany-based singer and songwriter Luna Keller shares her brand new single If I Was No More, the latest track to be lifted from her her forthcoming album Ocean Inside Of Me.

This poignant track finds the talented artist delving into dark and existential thoughts with raw honesty and vulnerability that most of us can relate to. Keller has often spoken of If I Was No More as both one of the hardest songs to write and one of her strongest songs, which is why it makes it stand out even more. I am loving the tremor in her emotional, but asserting, vocal delivery that effortlessly enhances the heartwrenching honesty in her lyrics. I am really enjoying the melancholia in the song that is carried by the bittersweet arrangement that features haunting guitar by Ben Greenberg and a soul-stirring string arrangement by Harley Eblenst.

This disarming honesty sheds a light on depression and suicidal thoughts, both themes that still have a lot of stigma and shame attached to them. Luna Keller is taking a step forward to share her story in the hopes that others may feel seen and less alone, in the hopes of creating more understanding and compassion. You can really feel the emotion and vulnerability pouring from her delivery and how warm and intimate the whole listening experience is.

Speaking about the song, Luna Keller said,
Putting words to what I was feeling was a big step for me in my mental health journey, and “If I Was No More” helped me see myself and realize that I needed help. In the end, despite being a heavy song it really is a declaration that I want to live despite the weight upon me. The last verse turns it around with “I am once more”. I gave those thoughts space to realize that they are not what I want.

Accompanying the release, Luna shares a striking music video, directed by Davide Fantuzzi, that effortlessly embodie's the song's raw honesty and soul!
