Boy In Space, the moniker of Swedish singer and songwriter Robin Lundbäck, returns with the release of his brand new single Atom Bomb, a heartfelt, passionate piece of pop music. 

 

What I like the most about this song is Robin's distinctive vocals and how powerful his delivery is, exuding raw emotion and passion from start to finish. Written alongside regular collaborator Freddy Alexander, the track arrives after a period of years that Boy In Space pins as “the best and worst years of my life.” Coming face-to-face with physical struggles, multiple surgeries and wrestling with his own mental challenges of ADHD, a shift was needed in the way he approached both his personal life and musical journey. Atom Bomb gives listeners a glimpse into parts of his life that many of us can relate to and is wrapped around a cinematic pop production that won me over from the start. I am very fond of the way the song starts smoothly with intricate guitar riffs backing his gorgeous vocals and harmonies, slowly building up in energy and pace with with upbeat drum patterns, delicate piano keys and rhythms.
