Polar Opposites Drop New Single ‘Shadows’

Portuguese duo Polar Opposites share their brand new single Shadows, a heartfelt breakup song. 

 

What I like the most about this song is its warmth and how emotional it sounds, making this quite a memorable listening experience perfect for a reflective day home alone. I am loving the heartfelt, passionate vocal delivery which exudes so much raw emotion and soul, singing about how one can try to cope with a breakup, even when that person is always on your mind. Apart from the passionate, dynamic vocals, I am particularly fond of the heartwarming, somewhat melancholic production that pairs lush, emotive piano melodies with epic, cinematic strings which create the perfect atmospehre of those gorgeous vocals and emotion to soar.
