Tim Schou Shares New Single ‘One Last Dance’

Danish singer and songwriter Tim Schou shares his brand new single One Last Dance, an upbeat, feel-good pop gem taken from his new EP, Ashes on the Shore, which is out now on Iceberg Records.

The EP is a collection of four heart-wrenching, yet hopeful pop songs about heartbreak, freedom, and loneliness, but also about celebrating life and love. One Last Dance is an uplifting end to the EP, celebrating what has been and what is yet to come. This message is beautifully conveyed through Tim Schou's distinctive, soulful voice and dynamic vocal delivery that soars brightly over the groovy pop production. Apart from his vocals, I am particularly fond of the cool guitar plucks, killer bass, groovy rhythms and infectious pop hook that together create an overall blissful, feel-good atmosphere. Check it out below!

Regarding the inspiration behind the EP, Schou says:
For the past 9 months, I've been going through a divorce. I've lost a friend, I've lost my soulmate, and it feels like a little death after 8 years together. I haven't really had the time to let myself feel, so the songs I've written and those that will follow are a part of my grief and healing process, and in many ways, it's a dedication to my 8-year relationship with a significant woman whom I've been fortunate to love. Ashes on the Shore is a beautiful and emotionally charged collection of songs that I hope will leave people optimistic and inspired, even when going through tough times.
