Manpreet Kundi Shares New Single ‘something’

South Asian UK-based artist Manpreet Kundi has just shared her brand new single something, the third single to be lifted from her upcoming solo-written EP set to arrive later this year. 

 

Like its predecessors, something is a sad, melancholia-infused piece of music that finds the talented artist effortlessly capturing the sheer sadness, in questioning what you ever meant to someone who is everything to you, when left in an absence of explanation. This relatable storytelling is beautifully delivered through her smooth, emotive vocals and harmonies which are backed by a moody piano-based melody that is later paired with subtle strings and percussive elements that enhance the emotion of her storytelling.
