B.Miles Shares New Single ‘Different Pages’

New York singer and songwriter B.Miles is back with her brand new single Different Pages, the title track of her upcoming sophomore album set to arrive on September 30th via Moon Crawl Records. 

 

Inspired by the empowering breakup anthems of the 90s, Different Pages is a song about having the courage to ask yourself if you're truly happy and to do something about it if you're not. It finds the talented artist unchecking the boxes she once felt like she needed to check (like a long-term relationship, a 'safe' job, a house in the suburbs) while confronting the outdated societal expectations placed on women in their 20s and 30s. This relatable message is conveyed through her gorgeous vocals which glide beautifully over the infectious 90s-infused indie/alt-pop production that features a killer bass, memorable guitar lines and steady drums that together create an overall warm, laid-back atmosphere. 

 

Accompanying the release, B.Miles shares its official music video, directed by Stephen Michael Simon, which enhances the song's 90s vibes and beautifully conveys the emotion of her storytelling. Check it out below!
