House of Asha & Dust Breaks Share New Single ‘One Less Lonely Night’
American artist House of Asha teams up with fellow American producer Dust Breaks to deliver One Less Lonely Night, a haunting EDM song about the duality of short term relationships and how they both temporarily fill our loneliness but also serve as a painful reminder of our solo existence.
I am really enjoying her rich vocals and how commanding they are, gliding effortlessly over the infectious electronic production. One Less Lonely Night is a relatable song that makes the listeners think about their lives and emotions, how sometimes relationships makes us think about our own solo existence. I am a person that likes to be alone but we all have feelings and it is natural to want to share it with someone, and then there are people that are always jumping from relationship to relationship as they can't handle being alone. The overall atmosphere of the song is quite haunting with the rich vocals and killer percussive elements and atmospherics that together create an overall warm atmosphere perfect for a late night drive. Speaking about the song, House of Asha said,
A bit more if you are interested: I've always found short term relationships interesting in that they can at times be or feel magical, and sometimes the lower commitment level actually lets you not worry about the future and enjoy the now. But on the other hand, there is a sadness of being alone and unable to be more than temporary with someone for whatever reason—timing, travel, culture, career, etc. We all hope that it's fun and games on our mission to explore and see what's out there, but ultimately we're human and feelings are normal.
