What I like the most about this song is its classic House piano chords and how the song oozes carefree summer vibes, instantly making me forget all about my problems and just wanting to dance the pain away. This is a track I made while I was in a weird place in my life in general but also career wise, so it kind of helped me out of a ruff spot and back to what I love, making music. With ‘Get Down’ I got back to having fun with the production aspects. I’ve played around with a lot of swing on the progression to give it a natural feel. This one is possibly one of my favourite tracks to play in my sets at the moment because of the reactions I get on the dance floors.
